These terms apply to all orders placed through ttpetfood.co.uk, operated by T & T Pet Treats Limited, Laverstoke Park Farm, Overton, Hampshire, RG25 3DR.

Placing an order

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate. All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Prices

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to ensure prices are correct but reserve the right to correct any errors. If a price changes after you place an order, we will contact you before processing it.

Payment

Payment is taken at the time of ordering via Shopify Payments. We accept major credit and debit cards.

Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full delivery information including rates, dispatch times, and areas we deliver to.

Perishable goods

Raw and frozen products must be stored correctly upon delivery. We are not responsible for products that have been incorrectly stored after delivery. Please transfer frozen items to your freezer as soon as possible.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders are processed automatically at the interval you select. You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription through your account at any time. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle. Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Liability

Our products are intended for animal consumption only and should be handled in accordance with standard raw food hygiene practices. We are not liable for any adverse reaction in your pet. If your pet has specific dietary needs or health conditions, consult your vet before changing their diet.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Website

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Product images are for illustration purposes and actual products may vary slightly in appearance.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website at the time of your order applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
