Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account. Log in, go to your active subscriptions, and select cancel. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle. Any orders already processed and dispatched cannot be refunded.

You can also pause or skip a delivery through your account if you'd rather not cancel entirely.

Pre-orders

If we offer a pre-order option on any product, you may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item has been dispatched. Once dispatched, our standard return and refund policy applies.

All other purchase options

For any other purchase option not covered above, you may cancel before the order has been dispatched for a full refund. Once dispatched, our standard return and refund policy applies.
