Delivery

We deliver across the UK mainland via DPD next day service. All orders include tracking so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Delivery rates

Orders over £70: Free next day delivery Orders under £70: £8.99

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday are dispatched the same day for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 12pm Thursday through to Sunday are dispatched the following Monday.

Pickup in store

You can collect your order for free from T&T Pet Field & Café, Laverstoke Park Farm, Overton, Hampshire, RG25 3DR. Select "Pickup in store" at checkout and we'll have your order ready for you.

Packaging

All raw food orders are packed in insulated packaging to keep products frozen during transit.

Areas we don't currently deliver to

We do not currently deliver to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or addresses outside the UK.
