Returns and Refunds
We want you and your pet to be happy with every order. If something isn't right, please get in touch and we'll do our best to sort it out.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defrosted, or contains the wrong items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@ttpetfood.co.uk with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Raw and frozen food
Due to the perishable nature of raw and frozen products, we cannot accept returns on these items once delivered. This is for food safety and hygiene reasons.
Treats, accessories and non-perishable items
Unopened, non-perishable items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in their original packaging and unused. Please contact us at info@ttpetfood.co.uk before returning anything so we can arrange the return.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refund processing
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 working days of us receiving the returned item or approving a claim for damaged/incorrect goods.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders can be cancelled at any time through your account. Any orders already dispatched cannot be refunded.
