Delivery Information

UK Mainland Delivery

We deliver across the UK mainland using DPD's next day service. Every order includes full tracking so you know exactly when your parcel is arriving.

Orders over £65 get free next day delivery. Orders under £65 have a flat delivery charge of £8.99.

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday are dispatched the same day for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday through to Sunday are dispatched the following Monday.

All raw and frozen products are packed in insulated packaging to keep everything frozen during transit.

Pickup in store

You can order online and collect for free from T&T Pet Field & Café at Laverstoke Park Farm, Overton, Hampshire, RG25 3DR. Just select "Pickup in store" at checkout and we'll have your order ready for you. The café is open 7 days a week, 9am to 4pm.

Areas we don't deliver to

We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only. We're unable to deliver to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or international addresses.

If anything arrives damaged, defrosted, or isn't what you ordered, get in touch within 24 hours at info@ttpetfood.co.uk and we'll sort it out straight away.
